Delivery and Returns

• All items are guaranteed to be free from defects for the life of the item. However, The LDS Store is not responsible for damage to products due to normal wear and tear.

• Sterling silver will tarnish over time and must be cleaned. Tarnish is not a defect. Rings returned because of tarnish are subject to a 10% restocking fee for cleaning purposes.

What is an item is the wrong size or defective?

Defective items will be repaired or replaced immediately upon return. Because we work directly with our manufacturers we will work with you to send it directly back to them to ensure you recieve your replacement right away.

What if I buy something I no longer want upon receiving it?

No problem at all. We would only need you to send it back and we would have to bill 10% restocking fee. Please keep in mind that returns for exchange or returns of defective items will not be subject to this fee..
